Rare 19th-century carved figure of a Saint Bishop with Fish

A rare and finely carved wooden figure depicting the sainted bishop “Ulrich of Augsburg” who is holding a book with a fish, symbolizing his role as the patron saint of fishermen. Made in Germany during the 19th century (circa 1850), the sculpture displays remarkable craftsmanship, with delicately carved drapery and expressive facial features.

The bishop’s cane is able to be taken off the sculpture, allowing easier transportation.
